Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Markdown Anything service ("Service"), operated by Climactic Infotech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), based in New Delhi, India.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of credits and subscription plans are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to unused credits, partial use of a subscription period, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

3. Why No Refunds

Markdown Anything is a digital service that delivers value immediately upon use. Credits are consumed as conversions are performed, and the cost of processing (infrastructure, compute, and third-party services) is incurred at the time of conversion. Because the service is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds.

4. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues with the Service (e.g., failed conversions that consume credits), please contact us. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may issue credit adjustments to your account for conversions that failed due to a verified issue on our end. Credit adjustments are not cash refunds and can only be used within the Service.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any concerns.

6. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining credits or unused portion of a subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

7. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted does not obligate us to grant the same exception in the future.
