Understand plans, credit costs, overages, billing cycles, and how usage is metered.
Every conversion consumes credits from your workspace balance. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.
Plans
The Free plan includes 25 credits per month with basic conversions and community support. No credit card required.
Credit Costs
Each conversion deducts credits from your workspace balance. The cost depends on the conversion type and your plan.

Billing Cycle
- Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- Unused credits do not roll over. Your balance resets to your plan's included amount at each renewal.
- Free tier credits reset monthly, even without a subscription.
Overages
Paid plans support overage billing. When your included credits run out, you can continue converting at the per-credit overage rate for your plan. See the plans table above for per-plan overage rates.
Free tier accounts do not have overage billing. Once your 25 credits are used, you need to wait for the next cycle or upgrade.
Auto-Refund on Failure
If a conversion fails, the credits charged for that conversion are automatically refunded to your workspace balance. This applies to both standard and Enhanced AI conversions.
Enterprise
